Blend-Air Door Replacement

BLEND - AIR DOOR

REMOVAL

1. Remove the heater-A/C housing from the vehicle. Refer to: "Housing Assembly HVAC : Service and Repair" Service and Repair

2. Remove the top cover from the heater-A/C housing.

Blend-Air Door Remove/Install:

3. Lift the blend-air door pivot shaft out of the pivot hole in the bottom of the heater-A/C housing.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the blend-air door pivot into the pivot hole in the bottom of the heater-A/C housing.

2. Install the top cover onto the heater-A/C housing.

3. Reinstall the heater-A/C housing in the vehicle.
