Instrument Cluster / Carrier

Tighten the three screws that secure the accessory switch plate to the instrument panel to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).

Tighten the four screws that secure the instrument cluster to the instrument panel to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).

Tighten the two screws that secure the cluster lens and hood from the back of the cluster housing to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).

Tighten the six screws that secure the cluster lens and hood from the front of the cluster housing to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).

Tighten the five screws that secure the rear cover to the back of the cluster housing to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).

Tighten the two screws that secure the outboard ends of the top cover to the instrument panel to 1.9 Nm (17 in. lbs.).

Tighten the five screws that secure the top of the instrument panel to the top of the dash panel to 10.7 Nm (95 in. lbs.).

Tighten the two nuts that secure the instrument panel right and left center support brackets to the studs on the dash panel engine housing extension to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.).

Tighten the two screws that secure the lower right and left instrument panel end brackets to the cowl side inner panels to 10.7 Nm (95 in. lbs.).

Tighten the four screws that secure the upper right and left instrument panel end brackets to the A-pillars to 10.7 Nm (95 in. lbs.).

Tighten the screw in the center of the wire harness connector to 3.5 Nm (31 in. lbs.).

Tighten the screws that secure the perimeter of the base trim to the instrument panel armature to 1.9 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
