Passenger Squib Circuit Open (Active)

SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SQUIB CIRCUIT OPEN (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected an open circuit of high resistance in the Passenger Squib Circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- Passenger airbag / ACM line 1 open
- Passenger airbag / ACM line 2 open
- Passenger airbag line 1 open
- Passenger airbag line 2 open
- Passenger airbag ON / OFF switch open
- ACM defective, passenger airbag line 1 and line 2 open
- Passenger airbag module open
