1. Remove the fifth gear blocker ring from the input shaft.

2. Remove the fifth gear friction cone from the input shaft.

3. Use Puller L-4518 to remove the output shaft pocket bearing race from the input shaft.

4. Use Sleeve 6444-8, Adapters 8243, and Puller Rods 6444-6 with the remainder of Puller 6444 to remove the input shaft bearing and oil guide from the input shaft.
