Floor/Defrost Door Replacement

FLOOR - DEFROST DOOR

REMOVAL

1. Remove the distribution duct from the vehicle.

2. Remove the floor-defrost door actuator from the upper half of the distribution duct. Refer to: "Air Door Actuator/Motor, HVAC : Service and Repair : Floor-Defrost Door Actuator Replacement" Floor Door Actuator Replacement

3. Disassemble the distribution duct.

Floor-Defrost Door Remove/Install:

4. Lift the floor-defrost door out of the lower half of the distribution duct.

INSTALLATION

1. Reverse the removal procedures to install.
