Driver Squib Circuit Shorted to Battery (Active)

SYMPTOM
DRIVER SQUIB CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
With voltage ON, the Driver Airbag Line 1 or Line 2 circuit(s) is other than expected.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- Drivers airbag line 1 or line 2 shorted to voltage
- Airbag Control Module defective, driver airbag CKT shorted to voltage
- Clockspring shorted to voltage
- Driver airbag shorted to voltage
