SYMPTOM
* SEAT BELT LAMP OFF WHEN SCTM IS IN TEST MODE

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active airbag DTCS present
- Seat belt and ACM lamps OFF during bulb test
- Seat belt control module defective, lamp circuit open
