SPEED CONTROL ON/OFF SWITCH

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Clockspring defective
- PCM defective (speed control ON/OFF/set switch)
- Speed control ground circuit to switch open
- Speed control ON/OFF switch defective
- Speed control ON/OFF switch signal circuit open
- Speed control ON/OFF switch signal circuit shorted to ground
- Speed control ON/OFF switch terminal damaged
