SYMPTOM
* CHECKING SPEED CONTROL ON/OFF SWITCH

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Clockspring
- S/C RESUME/ACCEL switch
- S/C switch signal circuit shorted to ground
- S/C ON/OFF/SET switch (< 4.0 volts)
- S/C ON/OFF/SET switch (> 4.0 volts)
- S/C switch signal circuit open
- S/C switch signal circuit shorted to voltage
- Powertrain Control Module (< 4.0 volts)
- Powertrain Control Module (> 4.0 volts)
