Seat Base Riser - Second Row

SEAT BASE RISER - SECOND ROW - STOW - N - GO

REMOVAL

NOTE:
On Leather trimmed seats, the cushion cover can be removed from the cushion foam pad. On Cloth trimmed seats, the cushion cover does not separate from the cushion foam pad.

1. Remove seat from vehicle.
2. Remove seat upper cushion side shields.
3. Remove seat lower cushion side shields - O/B & I/B.
4. Remove seat flipper side shields.
5. Remove seat cushion cover and foam.

6. Remove the cushion support (snap on elastic pad) (Fig. 60).

7. Remove six cushion frame nuts and separate from raiser (Fig. 61), (Fig. 62) and (Fig. 63).

8. Remove seat track from raiser (Fig. 64).

INSTALLATION

1. Install RH & LH, seat tracks to riser with three screws, each track. Tighten to 45 N.m (33 ft.lbs) torque to seat raiser (Fig. 64).
2. Install adjuster towel bar handle.
3. Place cushion frame into position on seat tracks (Fig. 63).
4. Install six cushion frame nuts. Tighten to 30 N.m (22 ft.lbs) torque (Fig. 61).
5. Install the cushion support (snap on elastic pad) (Fig. 60).
6. Install seat back frame.
7. Install seat cushion cover and foam.
8. Install back frame/recliner assembly using two bolts on each recliner. Tighten bolts to 55 N.m (40 ft.lbs) torque
9. Install seat flipper side shields.
10. Install seat lower cushion side shields inboard and outboard.
11. Install seat upper cushion side shields.
12. Install seat into vehicle.
