SEAT RECLINER / FORWARD FOLDING MECHANISM - SECOND ROW - STOW - N - GO

REMOVAL

1. Remove seat upper cushion side shields.
2. Remove inner and outboard seat lower cushion side shields.

3. Remove seat back cover and foam (Fig. 67).

4. Remove two seat back frame bolts on each side and remove frame. (Fig. 68).

5. Remove the two reclining mechanism bolts from each side of the frame. Remove seatbelt buckle assembly from I/B side (Fig. 69).

6. Remove both armrest rotating assemblies.

INSTALLATION

1. Install both armrest rotating assemblies.
2. Install the two reclining mechanism bolts on each side of frame. Install seatbelt buckle assembly, between cushion frame & recliner on I/B side, mount with rearmost bolt. Tighten bolts to 55 N.m (40 ft.lbs) torque. (Fig. 69).
3. Install seat back frame. Tighten bolts to 50 N.m (37 ft.lbs) torque. (Fig. 68).
4. Install seat back cover and foam (Fig. 67).
5. Install inboard and outboard seat lower cushion side shields.
6. Install seat upper cushion side shields.
