RAM Read/Write

Symptom:
RAM READ/WRITE

When Monitored and Set Condition:
RAM READ/WRITE

When Monitored: Ignition on.

Set Condition: Inability to set and subsequently recognize as being set any bit in the RAM. OR Inability to clear and subsequently recognize as being cleared any bit in the RAM.
