Test 1:

SYMPTOM
NO CLUSTER MESSAGE - STORED

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test CLUSTER MESSAGE MISMATCH - STORED.

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The cluster transmits an airbag warning indicator message on the CCD Bus one time every second. The ACM monitors the CCD Bus for the airbag warning indicator message. If the ACM fails to see the status message for 5 continuous seconds the code will be set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active or stored code present
- Stored code or intermittent condition
