SYMPTOM
CHECKING SPEED CONTROL ON/OFF SWITCH

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Clockspring
- Speed control Resume/Accel switch
- Speed control switch signal circuit shorted to ground
- Speed control ON/OFF/SET switch(< 4.0 V)
- Speed control ON/OFF/SET switch (>4.0 V)
- Speed control switch signal circuit open
- Speed control switch signal circuit shorted to voltage
- Powertrain control module (< 4.0 V)
- Powertrain control module (> 4.0 V)
