SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SQUIB CIRCUIT SHORT - ACTIVE

WHEN MONITORED
When the ignition is ON, the ACM monitors the resistance of the Passenger Squib circuits.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected low resistance in the Passenger Squib circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- DTC active with PAB in OFF position only
- Passenger airbag shorted - with switch
- Passenger airbag shorted
- Passenger airbag line 1 shorted to line 2
- Passenger airbag line 1 shorted to line 2 - with switch
- Shorted PAB circuits between ON/OFF switch and passenger airbag module
- ON/OFF Switch, PAB line 1 shorted to line 2
- ACM, Passenger airbag circuit short - with switch
- ACM, Passenger airbag short
