SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SQUIB SHORT TO GROUND - ACTIVE

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected a short to ground in the Passenger Squib circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- PAB airbag circuits shorted to ground between ACM and switch
- DTC active with PAB in OFF position only
- PAB shorted to ground - with switch
- PAB circuits shorted between ON/OFF switch and PAB module
- ACM, PAB short to ground - with switch
- Passenger airbag short to ground
- Passenger airbag line 1 or line 2 short to ground
- PAB ON/OFF switch shorted to ground
- ACM, passenger airbag short to ground
