POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Attempt to communicate with the PCM/ECM, the BCM, and the FCM
- Check for HVAC related DTC's in the PCM/ECM
- Check for BCM DTC's
- Check for FCM DTC's
- Check for active HVAC DTC's and system tests fault messages
- Check for HVAC related DTC's in the PCM/ECM
- Manual a/c system test
