SLIDING DOOR

REMOVAL

Fig. 20:

1. Remove the track cover screw from the rear of the track cover (Fig. 20).
2. Remove the rear, upper hinge cover.

3. Remove the rear, upper roller hinge plate screws and remove plate from the hinge (Fig. 21).
4. Remove the front, lower roller bracket screws and separate the roller bracket from the support bracket.

5. Remove the door by sliding it to the rear and guiding the rollers out of the rear of each track (Fig. 22).

INSTALLATION

Fig. 23:

1. Lubricate both roller tracks with multi-purpose lubricant (Fig. 23).
2. Install the door by inserting the rollers into the tracks and sliding the door forward to the front of each track.
3. Position the rear, upper hinge plate at the hinge. Install the screws. Tighten the screws to 23 N.m (200 in. lbs.) torque.
4. Install the upper hinge cover.
5. Position the roller bracket under the support bracket.
6. Install the roller bracket screws in the support bracket finger-tight.
7. Adjust the door in/out position. Tighten the roller bracket screws to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.) torque.
