Defogger Relay Control Circuit Shorted to Battery

Test 1:

SYMPTOM
DEFOG RELAY CONTROL CKT SHORTED TO BATT

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on and the Rear Window Defogger switch depressed.

SET CONDITION
This DTC will set when the A/C Heater Control Module senses excessive current on the Rear Window Defogger Relay Control circuit.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Defog relay control CKT shorted to Batt
