TRANSMISSION COOLER

REMOVAL
1. Remove the grille and grille center bracket.
2. Remove radiator upper core support.
3. Remove the A/C condenser mounting bolts and position condenser out of way.
4. Position a drain pan under the oil cooler supply and return lines.





5. Disconnect the two transmission oil cooler lines from the transmission oil cooler (Fig. 4).





6. Remove the four nuts and the oil cooler (Fig. 5).

INSTALLATION





1. Position the oil cooler into the vehicle and install the four retaining nuts (Fig. 5).
2. Position the supply and return lines and tighten the clamps.
3. Install A/C condenser.
4. Install the grille center bracket and the grille.
5. Start engine check for leaks.
