FOG LAMPS WILL NOT TURN OFF

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fog Lamp Relay Control Circuit Short To Ground
- Fog Lamp Relay Output Circuit Short To Voltage
- Intermittent Condition
- Central Timer Module
