SYMPTOM
4WD HI INDICATOR SHORT TO GROUND

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
The Transfer Case Control Module detects a short to ground in the 4WD HI Indicator circuit.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent wiring and connectors
- 4WD HI indicator circuit open
- 4WD HI indicator circuit short to ground
- 4WD HI indicator circuit short to voltage
- Transfer case selector switch
- Transfer case control module
