Suspension Travel Bumper: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Fig. 1:

1. Remove the two bolts securing the jounce bumper to the bracket.
2. Remove the jounce bumper.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the jounce bumper.
2. Install the two bolts securing the jounce bumper to the bracket. Tighten the bolts to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
