SYMPTOM
FCM - BUS SHORTED TO BATTERY

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously

SET CONDITION
Anytime the FCM detects a short to battery on the PCI Bus circuit.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent condition
