Airbag Warning Indicator Output Circuit Shorted

Test 1:

SYMPTOM
AIRBAG WARNING INDICATOR OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORT

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test ABS INDICATOR OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN.

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on and when requested to turn on by the Airbag Control Module.

SET CONDITION
The feedback status of the Airbag Lamp, when ON, to the Instrument Cluster is below 0.3 volts

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Instrument cluster
