POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Internal fused B+ circuits
- Condenser fan relay
- (Y145) Condenser fan relay control circuit shorted to ground
- (Y145) Condenser fan relay control circuit open
- (Z212) Condenser fan ground circuit open
- Condenser fan motor
