POSSIBLE CAUSES
- VTSS not enabled
- Check for DTCs and VTSS arming inhibitors
- Check for SKIM no response
- Cylinder lock switch ground open
- Instrument cluster
- Cylinder lock switch MUX circuit open
- Cylinder lock switch open
- Instrument cluster - cylinder lock switch MUX open
