INSTALLATION

NOTE: Right seat shown in illustrations. Left seat similar.





1. Position the pivot latch (1) and rubber isolator (5) onto the bottom of the pivot mechanism (3). Make sure the rubber isolator is properly located on the pivot mechanism.
2. Install the two screws (4 and 6) that secure the pivot latch to the pivot mechanism. Tighten the screws to 29 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the spring (2).




4. Install the outboard seat riser (3) onto the pivot mechanism (2). Make sure the pivot latch (1) operates properly.Seat Riser - Removal.




NOTE: Illustration shown with cushion side shield and riser removed for clarity.

5. Install the seat pivot release handle (2) to the pivot release lever (3) by pushing the handle straight inward onto the lever.
6. Install the screw (1) that secures the seat pivot release handle to the pivot release lever. Tighten the screw securely.
