Radiator - Removal

GAS ENGINES





1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
2. Drain the cooling systemService and Repair
3. Remove coolant recovery containerCoolant Recovery Container - Removal.
4. Remove the radiator fanRadiator Fan - Removal.
5. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses.
6. Remove the grillGrille - Removal.
7. Remove upper radiator crossmember and position out of wayRadiator Crossmember - Removal.
8. Remove screw that secures the condenser taping block to the radiator located in the right corner of the engine compartment.
9. Disengage the condenser retaining tabs
10. Disengage the radiator retaining tabs.
11. Lift radiator out of vehicle.
