Disassembly

DISASSEMBLY





1. Remove all the bolts holding the on/off solenoids in place.
2. Remove all the on/off solenoids.�




3. Remove the bolts holding the linear solenoid bracket in place and remove solenoid bracket.
4. Remove all the linear solenoids.



VALVE BODY PRESSURE SENSOR


5. Remove all the pressure sensors from the lower valve body.



SEPARATOR PLATE







6. Remove all the bolts connecting the lower valve body to the upper valve body.
7. Disassemble the lower valve body and separator plate from the upper valve body.
8. Remove the separator plate (1).



UPPER VALVE BODY PRESSURE SENSOR







9. Remove the upper valve body pressure sensors (1).



CHECK BALLS







10. Remove all the check balls (1).

11. Remove all check valves.

12. Remove all valves (1).
