Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Installation

5.7L ENGINE





1. Apply thread sealant to ETC sensor threads.
2. Install ETC sensor (3) into engine.
3. Tighten sensor to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.) torque.
4. Connect electrical connector to ETC sensor (3).
5. Install air conditioning compressor onto the front of engine A/C Compressor - Installation .
6. Install accessory drive belt Accessory Drive Belt - Installation .
7. Replace any lost engine coolant. Service and Repair .
