545RFE Automatic Transmission

REMOVAL:
1. Raise vehicle and remove bumper assembly.
2. Loosen retaining clamps and disconnect intercooler hose from intercooler.
3. Remove two nuts retaining intercooler to core support.

Intercooler Removal/Installation:

4. Remove intercooler.


INSTALLATION:
1. Position intercooler and align rubber grommets.
2. Install two retaining nuts on intercooler and tighten securely.
3. Connect intercooler hoses and tighten clamps securely.
4. Install bumper assembly.
5 Lower vehicle and check operation.
