545RFE Automatic Transmission

REMOVAL:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Knock Sensor Electrical Connector:

2. Disconnect the knock sensor electrical connector.

Knock Sensor:

3. Remove the sensor from the engine block.


INSTALLATION:
1. Install the knock sensor to the engine block. Tighten the sensor to 20-34 Nm (14-25 lb-ft).
2. Connect the knock sensor electrical connector.
3. Connect the negative battery cable.
