Repeater Lamp - Installation

INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Always use the correct bulb size and type for replacement. An incorrect bulb size or type may overheat and cause damage to the lamp, the socket or the lamp wiring.





1. Insert the bulb (6) into the repeater lamp lens/housing unit (7).
2. Position and clip the lamp lens/housing unit into the mirror cover (1).
3. Position the mirror cover close enough to the mirror housing (5) to reconnect the vehicle wire harness connector to the repeater lamp bulb.
4. Position the mirror cover onto the mirror housing.
5. Install and tighten the four screws (2) that secure the cover to the mirror housing. Tighten the screws securely.
6. Reinstall the lower (4) and upper (3) mirror lenses into the mirror housing. Outside Rearview Mirror - Installation Outside Rearview Mirror Glass - Installation.
7. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
