- When Monitored:
Whenever the Power Sliding Door Module (PSDM) is awake.

- Set Condition:
, this code will set.





Diagnostic Test

1. DTC PRESENT
With the scan tool, record DTCs.
Erase DTCs.
Turn the ignition off, wait 10 seconds, then turn the ignition on.
Try to operate the Power Sliding Door several times from any Power Sliding Door switch.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes

- Go To 2

No

- Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors for an intermittent condition.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

Diagnostic Test

2. CHECK COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER MODULES
With the scan tool, check communications with other CAN B Buss modules
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool communicate with all other CAN B Bus modules?

Yes

- Go To 3

No

- Perform the appropriate diagnostic test.Refer to the No Response tests Communications - Verbose Codes

3. CAN B BUSS (+) CIRCUIT OPEN
Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Power Sliding Door Module C2 harness connector.
Disconnect the Diagnostic Junction Block 26 C6 harness connector.
Measure the resistance of the CAN B Buss (+) circuit between the PSD Module connector and the Diagnostic Junction Block connector.
Is the resistance below 2.0 ohms?

No

- Repair the CAN B Bus (+) circuit for an open.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

Yes

- Go To 4

4. CAN B BUSS (-) CIRCUIT OPEN
Measure the resistance of the CAN B Buss (-) circuit between the PSD Module connector and the Diagnostic Junction Block connector.
Is the resistance below 2.0 ohms?

No

- Repair the CAN B Buss (-) circuit for an open.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

Yes

- Replace the Power Sliding Door Module.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.
