Removal

REMOVAL





1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect the remote ground.




3. Remove the oil pressure port plug.

NOTE: For clarity, the crankshaft damper has been removed in the illustration. The crankshaft damper does not need to be removed to remove the oil pressure port plug.

CAUTION: Position the oil pressure tester in such a way that it is not caught by the accessory drive belt when starting the engine to test oil pressure.
