Engine Oil Cooler - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Install the oil cooler housing gasket.
2. Install the oil cooler housing.
3. Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
4. Install a new oil filter into the oil filter housing.




5. Install the thermostat gasket.




6. Install the thermostat housing.
7. Tighten the thermostat bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
8. Install the upper radiator hose onto the thermostat housing.




9. Install the accessory drive idler pulley.
10. Install the accessory drive tensioner.
11. Install the accessory drive belt.




12. Install the air pump (5).
13. Fill the oil.
14. Fill the coolant.
