Right Exhaust Manifold





1. Clean the gasket sealing surfaces. Make sure there is no debris or oil on the cylinder head or exhaust manifold surface.
2. Install a new exhaust manifold gasket.
3. Install the exhaust manifold.
4. Install the exhaust manifold bolts. Torque the exhaust manifold bolts to 11 Nm (98 lbs. in.).
5. Install the catalytic converter to exhaust manifold bolts. Torque the catalytic converter to exhaust manifold bolts to 20 Nm (177 lbs. in.).
6. Install the air filter.
7. Connect the battery.
