Driver Door Module (DDM)

B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH

- When Monitored:
Continuously.

- Set Condition:
This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets anytime the module senses voltage input above 16.5 Volts.





1. CHECK POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) DTCs
1. With the scan tool, read the Powertrain Control Module DTCs

Are there any Charging or Starting DTCs present?

No

- Go To 2

Yes

- Perform the appropriate Powertrain diagnostic procedure. Testing and Inspection.

2. TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. With the scan tool, record and erase the DTCs.
2. Start the engine and run for two minutes.
3. With the scan tool, read the DTCs.

Does the scan tool display B210E-BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH?

Yes

- Replace the Driver Door Module.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.

No

- The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
