Power Sliding Door Module Left (PSDML)

- When Monitored:
At all times.

- Set Condition:
When the TIPM sends a message to the Power Sliding Door Module that the input voltage of the vehicle is above 16 volts for over 15 seconds, this code will set.





1. CHECK ENGINE DTC's
1. With the scan tool, read ENGINE DTC's

Are there any BATTERY OR CHARGING SYSTEM DTC's present?

No

- Go To 2

Yes

- Diagnose and repair the DTC(s).

2. TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. With the scan tool, record and erase DTC's
2. Start the engine and run for two minutes.
3. With the scan tool, read DTC's.

Does the scan tool display B210B-SYSTEM VOLTAGE HIGH?

Yes

- Go To 3

No

- The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

3. CHECK THE POWER SLIDING DOOR TRACK HARNESS
1. Stop the engine.
2. Turn the ignition on.
3. Using the scan tool, read and record the Battery Voltage of the Power Sliding Door Module.

NOTE: At this time it will be necessary to remove the Power Sliding Door Drive Unit Assembly from the vehicle.

4. Turn the ignition off.
5. Remove the Power Sliding Door Drive Unit Assembly from the vehicle.
6. Remove the Power Sliding Door Module from the track assembly.
7. Disconnect the Power Sliding Door Module connector
8. Re-connect the C382/3 Body 4 way harness connector.
9. Turn the ignition on.
10. Using a voltmeter, connect one end to the (A959) Fused B(+) circuit and the other end to the (Z908/9) Ground in the Power Sliding Door Module 6 way connector (cavities 3 and 6).

Is the measured voltage differing from the scan tool voltage by more than one (1.0) volt?

Yes

- Replace the Power Sliding Door Module.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

No

- Test complete.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.
