B2260-FOLDING SEAT MODULE INTERNAL

- When Monitored:
Ignition on.

- Set Condition:
This code is set immediately if the Folding Seat Module (FSM) internal self test fails.





TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. With the scan tool, erase all DTC's.
2. Cycle the ignition switch off then back on.
3. With the scan tool, read DTC's.

Does the scan tool display active: B2260-FOLDING SEAT MODULE INTERNAL?

Yes

- Replace the Folding Seat Module.
- Perform POWER FOLDING SEAT SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST. Power Folding Seat System Verification Test.

No

- The condition that caused this symptom is currently not present. Check for an intermittent condition by inspecting the related wiring harness for chafed, pierced, pinched, and partially broken wires. Also, inspect the related connectors for broken, bent, pushed out, spread, corroded, or contaminated terminals. Repair as necessary.
- Perform POWER FOLDING SEAT SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST. Power Folding Seat System Verification Test.
