Right Rear Door Module Identification Circuit






B2274-(RIGHT) REAR DOOR MODULE IDENTIFICATION CIRCUIT

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to the Wiring Information. Electrical Diagrams

NOTE: This code can set if a module from another vehicle was installed that had originally been from the opposite side (Left/Right side). This test is for the Right side module.

- When Monitored:
Continuously.

- Set Condition:
If the Right Rear Door Module has a left side identifier circuit connected for over five seconds, this code will set. In the RT vehicle, that circuit is in cavity 15 of the C2 connector.





1.
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, erase all DTCs.
3. Operate the Right Rear Window Switch several times.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. With the scan tool, read the DTCs.

Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes

- Go To 2

No

- Test complete, the condition or conditions that originally set this DTC are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagrams as a guide, check all related splices and connectors for signs of water intrusion, corrosion, pushed out or bent terminals and correct pin tension.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.

2. LEFT SIDE IDENTIFIER CIRCUIT GROUNDED AT THE MODULE
1. Disconnect the Door Module Right Rear C2 connector.
2. Inspect cavity 15.

Is there a wire in cavity 15?

Yes

- Remove the wire in cavity 15 and test for DTCs.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.

No

- Replace the Door Module Right Rear.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
