Seat - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Place the seat (1) into the vehicle.
2. Tip the seat rearward and connect the wire connectors (2), as equipped.
3. Place seat riser studs into openings in the floor.
4. Raise and support the vehicle.
5. Install the nuts that secure the seat to the floor panel. Tighten the nuts to 88 Nm (65 ft. lbs.).
6. Reinstall the spare tire cover.





7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Raise the spare tire.
9. Install the plug (1) into the spare tire winch access hole (2).
10. Install the outboard seat cushion side shield Seat Cushion Side Shields - Installation.
11. On vehicles equipped with power seats, reconnect the negative battery cable.
