Engine Cooling Radiator - Removal

GAS ENGINES










1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
2. Drain the cooling system Service and Repair
3. Remove coolant recovery container Coolant Recovery Bottle - Removal.
4. Remove the radiator fan Cooling Fan - Removal.
5. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses (1, 2).
6. Remove the grill Grille - Removal.
7. Remove upper radiator crossmember and position out of way Radiator Crossmember - Removal.
8. Remove screw that secures the condenser taping block to the radiator located in the right corner of the engine compartment.
9. Disengage the condenser retaining tabs
10. Disengage the radiator retaining tabs.
11. Lift radiator out of vehicle.
