Upper Control Arm - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position the control arm (1) into the frame brackets. Install bolt (3) and flag nut (2), tighten to 170 Nm (125 ft. lbs.).





2. Insert the ball joint in steering knuckle (3) and tighten the upper ball joint nut (2) to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the rotor to the hub.
4. Install the disc brake caliper and adapter to the knuckle Disc Brake Caliper Adapter - Installation.
5. Install the wheel and tire assembly,Removal and Replacement.
6. Remove the support and lower vehicle.
7. Perform a wheel alignment, Service and Repair.
