4BD9-DYNAMICS SENSOR IMPLAUSIBLE SIGNAL

- When Monitored:
Continuously with the ignition on, one valid or implausible message received at least once.

- Set Condition:
When the Anti-Lock Brake Module detects an incorrect CAN message from the Dynamics Sensor for approximately 200 mSec.





1. CHECK IF DYNAMICS SENSOR DTCS ARE PRESENT
1. With the scan tool, read Dynamics Sensor DTCs.

Are there any Dynamics Sensor DTCs present?

Yes

- Go To 2

No

- Refer to the ABS-INTERMITTENT CONDITION TEST. Testing and Inspection

2. DYNAMICS SENSOR
1. Replace the Dynamics Sensor.
2. Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST. ABS Verification Test.
3. Road test the vehicle.
4. With the scan tool, read ABS diagnostics.

Did DTC 4BD9-DYNAMICS SENSOR IMPLAUSIBLE SIGNAL reset?

Yes

- Replace the Anti-Lock Brakes Module.
- Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST. ABS Verification Test.

No

- Test complete.
