Cabin Heater - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position the auxiliary heat exchanger (4) to the vehicle underbody and install the retaining bolts and washers (3). Tighten the bolts to 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
2. Install both heater hoses onto the auxiliary heat exchanger using a twisting motion. Tighten the hose clamps (2) securely.
3. Connect the two wire harness connectors (1) to the auxiliary heat exchanger.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
6. Refill the engine cooling system Service and Repair.
