Seat Riser - Installation

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Right seat shown in illustrations. Left seat similar.






NOTE: Outboard side of seat shown. Inboard side similar. Illustration shown with seat back and hinges removed for clarity.

1. If removed, install the seat release handle covers Seat Handle - Installation.
2. Position each seat riser (4) to the pivot mechanism (2) and install the four bolts (1 and 3). Tighten the bolts to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).





3. If equipped with heated seats, engage the wire harness retainers (5) and install the two screws (2) that secure the electrical contact (4) to the outboard seat riser (3). Tighten the screws securely.
4. Install the seat cushion side shields Seat Cushion Side Shields - Installation.
5. Install the seat side shields Seat Riser Latch Link - Installation.
6. Install the seat into the vehicle.
