Overhead Console Switch - Installation

INSTALLATION






NOTE: Different overhead console switch bank configurations are available depending on vehicle option content. Ensure the proper switch bank is used when installing a new part.

1. Position the power sliding door/liftgate switch (2) onto the front overhead console assembly (3).
2. Install the two power sliding door/liftgate switch retaining screws (4).





3. Position the front overhead console assembly into the vehicle near the headliner assembly.
4. If equipped, connect the courtesy lamps (2), Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp (3), infrared temperature sensor (4) and power sliding door/liftgate switch (1) electrical connectors.





5. Grasp the sides of the overhead console (2) and push straight up evenly to engage the four snap clips into the mounting bracket above the headliner (7).
6. Connect the battery negative cable.
