Rear Door Glass - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Remove door trim panel and re-install the window switches, if equipped. Rear Door Trim Panel - Removal
2. Remove the interior window trim molding. Interior Window Trim Molding - Removal
3. Remove the door speaker. Speaker - Removal
4. Drill a hole large enough to get a small punch through into the carrier plate (2).
5. Lower glass to approximately mid position and line up the glass lift plates (4) with the holes (1 and 2).
6. Using a punch or equivalent, press tabs releasing glass from window regulator (1 and 2).
7. Remove glass from channel by rotating the front of the glass up 90° and carefully pulling the glass up and out of the door.
